Congratulations to SCSL travel teams!

Congratulations to the SCSL Thunder Strikers (12U Girls) and SCSL Gladiators (12U Boys) for winning the Fall 2019 Randy Rawls Sportsmanship award from ODSL!

Shenandoah County Soccer League is proud of how our travel teams represent our League and our county when they play teams from other areas. Many SCSL teams have won sportsmanship awards in past season.

Even though travel is a competitive program (not everyone is good enough to play on a team, and the games are played to win), SCSL believes our players ought to know *how* they play is more important than the result. Recognition from ODSL is a good indicator that we're on the right track!
