| Board
Meetings - Meetings of the Board of Directors are
held the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm
(except in July - no meeting). The meetings are
held in Room#14 at First Baptist Church in
Woodstock. If you are interested in attending a
meeting, please check the calendar to confirm that
month's meeting time and place. Every league
member and parents in good standing are welcome to
attend. |
| Guidelines
for Contacting Board Members - Since all board
members are volunteers, please use common courtesy when
contacting them. The use of email is
recommended. Suggested times for calling are
between 9 am and 9 pm. If you have a
"situation" that needs to be investigated,
please start with your coach, then area rep or age group
commissioner. We have a chain of command.
Please try to follow it. |
